Robert Lapinski was invited by Mike Bosworth to become involved with sales training in 1997 and has worked as a consultant, workshop manager/instructor and coach with CustomerCentric Selling® worldwide.  Bob brings to the classroom CEO/CFO perspectives as well as people managing skills developed over 30 years in business.

Bob started his career in sales in 1975.  After only 8 months in the field, he ended his 1st year at 125% of quota in the #1 district in America for Abbott Labs.  He soon moved into retail management where he gained extensive experience in marketing, operational tactics, business strategizing and customer/employee relations.  Bob founded his 1st corporation in 1982 and acquired a 2nd in 1993. In addition to his work with CustomerCentric Selling®, he currently serves as President/CFO of the 2 family owned businesses, employing 25 people with annual sales of $6 million.
Bob was a chemistry major and has a BS degree in pharmaceutical science.
