TDC, with principals Andre Hermann and Alberto Perazzo, has been a CustomerCentric Selling® business partner since 1994.  They work with clients to implement a best practices sales process to help generate increased revenue.  TDC is also an education provider for Franklin University on programs focused on Leadership, Strategy, and Organizational Development in South America.

Andre Herrman is the owner of TDC.  Since 1991, he has been involved in executive training and education promoting international seminars and courses in Brazil through a partnership with American business schools and consultants.  Hermann has built a pool of Brazilian and international consultants to provide consulting services and in-company training programs.
Earlier in his career, Hermann spent 20 years working as an engineer for one of the largest manufacturers of wood and mineral fiber products, Brazilian Group.  He started as a Product Development Assistant and advanced to the position of Vice President of one of the business units of the company.
Hermann earned a degree in mechanical industrial engineering in 1968 from the Engineering School of the University Mackenzie in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Alberto Perazzo is an associated consultant for TDC.  Previously, he spent 30 years in the Information Technology industry.  Perazzo was CEO for South American at Group Bull and serves on the Board of Directors of many different organizations in Brazil.  He is also the executive president of the FIDES, a private, non-profit entity with a strong focus on integrating an organization’s workforce into society based on ethical principles involved in the relationships with their internal and external customers.
Perazzo is a graduate of the National University of Argentina with a Bachelor’s Degree in economy and business.
